Change of dates
Date changes are possible at no cost until 4 days before the intended stay and provided other dates are available.

Cancellation policy
As for most of online sales / bookings, deposits paid to us are not refundable. Why? Everybody will understand that a hotel with 50 rooms can be quite flexible because a cancellation has a limited effect on them. Since we have only a small number of rooms, we cannot take the risk of blocking our rooms, turn down a lot of requests and end up with somebody who changes his mind when the stay gets nearer. Thank you for your kind understanding.

For booking with multiple rooms (more than 1 room requested) and / or for stays during high season (Christmas, holidays, Easter, etc) we will request the full amount of the stay upon reservation.

Stays of 1 or 2 nights : change of dates is possible until 72 hours prior the initial stay. In case of a cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due.
Stays of 3 nights and more : change of dates is possible until 14 days prior the initial stay. In case of a cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due.
No-show: 100% of the amount of the stay is due, included all services and products as requested in the booking file.

We strongly recommend you take a cancellation insurance. Rmk: If you pay your deposit / stay with a Visa Premier or Mastercard Gold, your credit card is offering you a free cancellation insurance. A good idea!

The hotel management reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice before bookings have been confirmed.

 

 Booking

To make your booking request please use the online availability calendars. We will confirm the availability within 24 hours. Please do consider that a booking may have been received before your request for the same date and may now, no longer be available. To guarantee your reservation, we will request you to send a deposit equal to 30% of the whole stay. All deposits received are non-refundable and can not be used in lieu of cancellation charges or a booking request at a later date. All chalet room number requests are subject to change and availability.

 Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit card, cash as well as travelers cheques. Bills can also be settled by bank transfer, however all funds have to be in the Hotel la Residence bank account prior to arrival. Hotel la Residence does not accept American Express or personal cheques.

All outstanding accommodation amounts have to be paid on arrival.

On confirmation of booking the rooms will ask for a credit card number and a non refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. Clients are further requested to settle all miscellaneous bills within 48 hours of departure if the payment is in cash.

Important: on receipt of your credit card details you are confirming you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions.

Important:  your reservation will be firmed and guaranteed as soon as we have received your credit card details.

Cancellation or change of dates

Cancellation until 30 days before the beginning of your stay will result in loss of deposit paid. The change of dates is possible until 30 days before the date of your stay. For cancellation or change requested between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is due. For cancellation or change of booking dates requested within 14 days of your initial arrival date, full (100%) of your total stay will be charged.

Check in is at Midday – Seychelles Local Time
Check out is at Ten am- Seychelles Local Time
Day Rooms: Check out at Three pm- Seychelles Local Time
All day room requests are subject to availability
Check outs after Three pm Seychelles Local Time will be charged a full nightly rate.

Children

Children are welcome. All cot requests are subject to availability. Any child of 2 years or older will be charged as an extra person and placed in a bed.  We do not provide cots for children of 2 and over.

General

Any loss of equipment and damage to the chalet shall be billed directly to the client and the bill needs to be settled before departure.

On check in a security deposit letter is signed or else a 500 Euro cash deposit is requested.  The letter with details is destroyed on departure or else cash returned when the room is inspected.

CAR HIRE

RATES AND CONDITIONS

Our daily rental rates are inclusive of unlimited kilometres, insurance (no CDW waive charges)
and local taxes.
In addition there are no charges for co-drivers, infant and toddler seats as well as no delivery and collection charges.
The first excess of 1000 Euro (one thousand) is payable in the event of any accident or damages to the vehicle inclusive of: loss of keys, theft and parking fines.


OTHER INFORMATION

Drivers must be over the age of 23 years with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
A valid driving licence
Payment will be accepted by Visa and Master Card, Cash  or Travellers Cheques.
